Alejandra has devoted her life to the study and exploration of language and communication.
At first, she was convinced she could crack the code through academia. She studied linguistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, language acquisition, translation, and interpreting.
She came to realize, however, that none of these fancy degrees had taught her how to use language powerfully to shape her own life or relationships.
A realization that the process of connection and understanding starts with an awareness of inner communication - how we talk to and relate to ourselves, led her toward a different path.
She committed to a long and ongoing process of self-exploration, delved into yoga and Eastern philosophy, meditation, Buddhist psychology and psycho-spiritual inquiry, Non-Violent Communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and consciousness, leadership, and transformation theories.
In her practice today, called Language Alchemy, Alejandra integrates these disciplines and methodologies to help people transform limiting communication patterns, find their own authentic expression, and communicate with confidence, compassion, and connection.
