Effortless Mindfulness
Loch Kelly, is an award-winning author, meditation teacher, and psychotherapist. He presented on teaching non-dual mindfulness, which he calls Effortless Mindfulness. His “glimpse” practices focus on discovering the naturally existing awake consciousness within. He guided participants through several experiential practices, including an embodiment scan and a heart-centered loving-kindness meditation, explaining how to transition from concentrative shamata practices to mindfulness of consciousness. The session addressed questions about working with beginners and how to integrate these advanced practices into teaching.
